Shipping Timeline
My goal is to ship orders with 2-3 days; however, as a one woman show handcrafting all pieces, shipping times may vary. The announcement bar will provide details & I'll be in touch with any concerns or delays. Custom order timelines will be discussed at the time of ordering.
Gift Notes
Shipping directly to a gift recipient? I'm happy to handwrite a card for you. Simply enter what you'd like it say in the note section on the cart page. You should see that note on your order confirmation. If you don't, please reach out to me with the details.
Returns
While all sales are final, my goal is always for these pieces to bring you happiness. If there are concerns, please contact me anytime.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can assist in making it right.
Delivery Concerns
If your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, here is what I recommend:
- Verify the ship-to address on your order is correct.
- If you have a video doorbell, please check that to see if your package was stolen. If so, please reach out to us with that information.
- Please check with neighbors to see if the package could have been misdelivered.
- Wait a day or two. Sometimes a package is scanned as delivered before it is actually delivered.
- If all these options fail, please email me and I'll reach out to the carrier to see if I can help.
