Jewelry Care

I handcraft natural gemstone jewelry that I hope you will treasure over time.  To prolong the life of your pieces, I recommend:

• avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and hair care products
• make sure to remove jewelry before showering or swimming
• try to minimize exposure to direct sunlight
• store jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from the sun (a jewelry pouch or box is a great option for this!)
• for any jewelry with magnetic clasps, try not to pull from the beaded portion of the necklace or bracelet to open the item. Instead, grasp the rings closest to the magnetic clasp and pull. 

You can also use a soft, dry cloth to {very gently} wipe your jewelry after wearing. This will help prevent any oils, etc from building up over time, impacting the materials, and dulling the shine.
