Jade

Jade is a semi-precious gemstone sourced in various places around the world. 

There are two different kinds of Jade: Nephrite Jade and Jadeite Jade.  Nephrite is the more common of the two. 

Jadeite Jade is graded based on its treatment (this is different than certification).  The grades are as follows:

• Grade A - untreated jadeite jade, only polished
• Grade B - bleached with acid to remove impurities, then filled with polymer resin
• Grade C - bleached & dyed to improve color

We sell Jadeite Jade.  If we know the grade of our jade, we will share it specifically.
